Our Library is attached to Greene County’s 1797 Log Courthouse, which we are pleased to tour with you.  We are a licensed affiliate of FamilySearch’s research & library system.

Waynesburg Republican Newspaper Digitization Project.  We are fund raising to make the Republican (RP), 1870-1992, available on the net in a word-searchable format.  Tax deductible Donations can be made via the DONATE button above right, or mail checks to: CGS / P.O. Greene Connections has a vibrant Public Group on Facebook, with over 4,000 followers: large numbers of  obits, historic newspaper clippings, photos, queries and comments have accumulated over the past 10 years, are augmented regularly, and are name-searchable.
