Among the treasures of the Cornerstone Genealogical Society are more than 290 genealogical data profiles submitted by descendants of approximately 170 First Settlers of Greene County, Pennsylvania. These data sheets — on file as submitted — show family lineage from the time of the First Settler to the present..

If your ancestor was a resident of Greene County, Pennsylvania, at the time the county was formed on February 9, 1796, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to become a member of Cornerstone Genealogical Society’s Roll of Honor of the Descendants of the First Settlers of Greene, County, Pennsylvania, you must complete an application form and data sheet identifying your lineage to the first settler.

The forms can be obtained from our office or by download from our Website (requires Acrobat Reader). The Application Fee for enrollment is $20.00.

Members receive a certificate identifying them as a hereditary member by right of descent from their named First Settler. Your data will be added to our archives and shared with other researchers.

Cornerstone Genealogical Society will not be responsible for the accuracy of these records as they are accepted as received from the descendants. Please check each record for accuracy or contact the descendant for more information.
